IT Skills = Guaranteed Jobs

It is a no briner that Information Technology is something that is here to stay and it is also something that will continue to grow and be a pert of our every day life right down to the simplest of things like a coffee maker knowing when to start that pot of coffee in the morning.

With that in mind, IT Training and IT Jobs are becoming more and more in demand. The 2008 IT Skills and Salary Report provided by MCSE training just goes to show just how demanding this profession is, because the annual salary growth went up 3.25% from our 2007 findings to $73,963. The number of participants that reported receiving a raise was also up from 68.7% to 80%. It also goes to show that the more skills you have the more chances you will be paid a higher salary, which only makes sence really.

The Web/Internet Developer coining in at $63,793 had me really thinking about getting back into the whole IT job force again. But like me the folks with their IT trades worry about the same thing, and that is keeping up with the continuing evolution of Technology. How does one stay working and all the while stay up do date with the current trades? Keeping up with the skills is actually the one biggest concern among IT Professionals.

If you are interested in reading this report, you can go to the 2008 IT Skills and Salary Reports Page and fill out the request form.’

The report touches on a lot of good points on why it is important for more people to take on the Information Technology trade for several reasons. Some may be interested in the money, or some may be interested in the enjoyment of the trade, but there’s one thing you’ll agree with from the report, and that is that there is always jobs for the trade and it is something that is growing.

If you’re thinking about a place to start to get into the IT Trade, then one good spot to start would be Global Knowledge’s Worldwide IT and Business Training web site, they are the worldwide leader of superior hands-on instruction that improves personal and business performance.

But this is just my opinion, and you’re entitled to it.
