Holiday Rush
I was just at the supermarket next door, and I have to say that people can be rude and very ignorant.
Yes you all know who you are.
The supermarket next door to me has groceries, clothing, housewares and electronics. It’s like the one place to shop for everything. So obviously, everybody goes there to shop for everything at once.
Well I was there to buy just 3 things. It was the most undesirable 40 minutes of my life.
- People just standing in the middle of a high traffic isle and chatting with each other, while other people are trying to get by. So when somebody speaks up and nicely asks them to move aside so we can all pass, they give us the look of, “Who the hell do you think you are?”
- People that think they are a steaming locomotive and barrel down through the crowds like the shopping cart was a cattle push on the front of them.
- People stopping their cart right in front of the items you need to get at, and walk away from it, making you stand there waiting for them to come back. But when you move the cart so you can get what you came for, they freak out at you.
I can’t wait till this frigging season is over with. It’s not fun anymore for me.
People need to stop and take a good look at themselves and realize just how poorly they’re acting. Stop falling for all the commercial hype. They’re loosing the true meaning of the Christmas Holidays.
Companies have made this once great holiday season, into nothing but a huge commercial cash in, and unfortunately everybody is falling for it.
This is my opinion, and you’re entitled to it.
