This has got to be the best online application for a website today!
You know when you enter a website and you need to contact the company, and when you click the contact us link, it brings up a phone number for you to call right? But you more than likely just give up because you were looking for an easier way like e-mail, or live chat or something.
How about if you were to click on the contact link and then you were presented with a form to type in your phone number and as soon as you click, your phone rang and when you answered you were speaking to the company? That would be a lot easier wouldn’t it?
I’m going to bring this up to a client of mine that I did a Restaurant Web Site up for and see if they’ll be interested in this feature. Customers can view the online menu and when they are ready to make their order, they can use the ‘ifbyphone‘ service!
