Yup, that’s right. It’s back She’s back in the news.
Apparently the Judge wasn’t to pleased with the sheriffs department for letting her serve out the remaining sentence in her four bedroom, and three bath home.
I guess I wasn’t the only one pissed off at that ridiculous decision. The county Supervisor Don Knabe got 400 angry e-mails and hundreds more phone calls from around the country. Hilton’s return home “gives the impression of . . . celebrity justice being handed out,” he said. Good job Angry Americans, I’m glad you spoke out against this celebrity fiasco!
Anyway, the judge will probably throw her ass back in jail, and lets all hope that the original sentence is thrown at her this time.
The bull crap story they tried to say about a medical condition is an insult to the publics intelligence.
Baca dismissed the criticism, saying the decision was made based on medical advice.
“It isn’t wise to keep a person in jail with her problem over an extended period of time and let the problem get worse,” Baca told the Los Angeles Times on Thursday.
“My message to those who don’t like celebrities is that punishing celebrities more than the average American is not justice,” Baca said.
California Attorney General Jerry Brown criticized the Sheriff’s Department for letting Hilton out of jail, saying he believed she should serve out her sentence.
“It does hold up the system to ridicule when the powerful and the famous get special treatment,” Brown told The Associated Press in an interview before testifying at a congressional hearing in Washington.
“I’m sure there’s a lot of people who’ve seen their family members go to jail and have various ailments, physical and psychological, that didn’t get them released,” he said. “I’d say it’s time for a course correction.”

Paris Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying Friday, seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.
“It’s not right!” shouted the weeping Hilton. “Mom!” she called out to her mother in the audience.

Ungh, so much drama in that article. Big frigging deal! She’s rich, not immune to the laws. She was breaking the law, and she knew she was breaking the law, every, single, time, the police, stopped, her! Absolutely no sympathy from me. She could have killed somebody, and now she has to pay the price, just like you or I would have to.
I hope we hear no more of her for at least the next 45 days. I can’t wait to see the news footage of her bawling her way out of the court house.
